How does this renaissance work?
Step 1: Email us to info@kmbylange.com with your name, address, phone number, the item you will be returning, and its condition. Lastly, send a picture of the front and back of the item.
· Step 2: After sending the email, please wait for a response from KM by Lange. This will notify you if your item is in a condition that is suitable for recycling.
Step 3: Mail the package to the following address or bring it directly to the studio:
